F i n c a   V a c a t i o n   o n  L a  P a l m a    

The apartment house is located on the westside of the Canary Island "La Palma", the elevation is appox. 390 m  (1000 ft.)  above sea level. La Palma offers a very mild climate all year through with a daytime average temperature of 25° C (78° F).

Guests have a marvelous 360° view on the ocean, mountains and the Aridane Valley. Although most of the sight seeing locations, hiking paths as well as beaches are easy and fast accessible, our plantation is in a quiet area of La Palma.

The apartment house consists of two floors ( 1st & 2nd ), which have separate entrances and are connected through external stairs. The first floor ( 45 m² ) offers one bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and a living room for two people. The second floor ( 55 m² ) provides one bedroom and fully equipted kitchen, living room and bathroom for up to three people.

Our finca is not suitable for kids up to 14 yrs. 
Sorry, no pets. We have cats.

Rates  and  Services

The following rates are per day and apartment ( including weekly cleaning as well as sheet and towel service ):

2nd floor apartment 1-2 people :  48  € / Euro  

1st & 2nd floor up to 4 people :   85  € / Euro  

The check-out-cleaning is a full day rent.
